Three people escaped injury when an SUV hit a deer in Liberty Township on Wednesday, October 26th.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Mansfield in a report, 45-year-old Michael E. Macdougall of Horseheads, NY, was driving a 2016 Kia Sportage in a north direction on SR 15. The SUV hit a deer that ran out in front of it.  The crash occurred at about 7:40 p.m. The specific location of the crash was 1,115 feet to the south of the Sebring exit.

The front end of the SUV sustained disabling damage. Macdougall, who was wearing his seat belt, was not injured. His two passengers, who were also wearing their seat belts, were also uninjured. Macdougall’s passengers include the following people: 23-year-old Erica M. Shepard of Painted Post, NY; and 27-year-old Alexis A. Parrillo of Corning, NY.
