The project is taking place in the following counties: Tioga, Lycoming, Bradford, Northumberland, Montour, Union, and Columbia. Work will be done on routes 220, 147, and 15 as well as on Interstates 180 and 80. The reflective pavement markers will be installed on interstates, at exit ramps, and on roads in between lanes.
On Monday, October 3rd, crews will start working on Interstate 80 in Union County. While crews install the reflective pavement markers, traffic will be reduced to a single lane.
The project, which costs $118,000, is expected to be finished by the beginning of November. The project contractor is D.W. Miller. As always, please pay attention and drive carefully through work zones.
