A Berwick man is facing several charges, including vehicular homicide, after his wife passed away in a motorcycle crash he was involved in on September 3rd of this year.
According to police, 56-year-old Robert Glen Killian allegedly had blood alcohol level of .14 when his motorcycle hit a guardrail on Route 118 in Jordan Township. The motorcycle flipped over multiple times. Robert Killian and 56-year-old Rhonda Lois Killian were both ejected from the motorcycle. Rhonda Killian passed away after arriving at the hospital, and Robert Killian was seriously injured. You can read Robert Killian’s court record below.

Magisterial District Judge Jon Edward Kemp on October 11th, 2016, presided over the preliminary arraignment for Killian. Killian was arraigned at the Magisterial District Court 29-3-03. Killian was assigned bail in the amount of $50,000, which he met. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 18th, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., also in front of Magisterial District Judge Jon Edward Kemp.
Jason A. Zachariah of the Pennsylvania State Police in Montoursville is listed as the arresting officer for Killian. The charges relate to an alleged incident that happened on September 3rd, 2016.
