The Texas man suspected of shooting Derrick Rieco of Blossburg on April 21st of this year appeared at a preliminary hearing this past Friday, where he faced multiple charges, including attempted homicide.
James Wesley Lynch IV, 39, faced Magisterial District Judge James Carlson. The judge deemed there was enough evidence to hold Lynch for the formal arraignment.
Lynch’s next court appearance is scheduled for August 7th, 2017. He remains in Tioga County Prison. The judge has not assigned any bail for the suspect.
